David loved and served God as a member of several churches, including Holly Street Church in Atlanta, where he played electric guitar with praise and worship teams, offering his self-taught musical knowledge and skill to enhance each service. As a man of many hobbies, he also enjoyed working with electronics, as well as developing handy and inventive gadgets for daily use. David also took great enjoyment in giving multiple nicknames to family members, which are still used today.
