Cass County Criminal District Attorney Clint Allen releases the following information on cases disposed of in the County Court at Law for the month of December, with Donald Dowd, presiding judge:
Pamela Andrews, 30, Queen City, 45 days county jail for theft, revoked.
William James Henderson, 32, Atlanta, 60 days county jail and pay $302 in court costs for failure to identify.
David Glenn Johnson, 39, Linden, 12 months Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail Division and $329 in court costs for forgery; 12 months TDCJ-SJD and $329 in court costs for forgery; and 12 months TDCJ-SJD and $329 in court costs for forgery, sentences to run concurrently.
Lesley Lunsford Conner, 28, Queen City, seven years TDCJ – Institutional Division and pay $329 in court costs for forgery; seven years TDCJ-ID and pay $329 in court costs for forgery; 18 months TDCJ-SJD and pay $329 in court sots for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; and seven years TDCJ-ID and pay $329 in court costs for evading arrest with a vehicle, sentences to run concurrently.
Catravious Demetrick Cole, 19, Atlanta, 90 days county mail and pay $320 court costs for attempted burglary of a vehicle; and 90 days county jail and pay $302 in court costs for burglary of a vehicle, sentences to run concurrently.
Donald Ray Dupree Jr., 38, Atlanta, 60 days county jail and pay $302 in court costs for theft; and two years TDCJ – ID and pay $329 in court costs for injury to a child, sentences to run concurrently.
Dakyree Lamont Hawkins, 17, Texarkana, Ark., 90 days county jail and pay $302 in court costs for attempted burglary of a building; and 90 days county jail and pay $302 in court costs for burglary of a vehicle, sentences to run concurrently.
Cyle Ray Jones, 23, Atlanta, 90 days county jail for theft by check, revoked.
Rodney Dewayne Lee, 48, Douglassville, 45 days county jail for driving while license suspended, revoked.
Robert Morris III, 26, Atlanta, 90 days county jail and pay $302 in court costs for criminal trespass.
Travis Aaron Orr, 26, Blair, Neb., 60 days county jail and pay $477 in court costs for driving while intoxicated, second; and 60 days county jail and pay $302 in court costs for driving while license invalid, sentences to run concurrently.
Christopher Craig Sullivan, 24, Quitman, 120 days county jail for DWI, revoked.
Brian Ray Tallant, 21, Atlanta, 90 days county jail for theft, revoked.
Samuel Leonard Wade, 27, Rodessa, La., 180 days county jail and pay $302 in court costs for criminal mischief.
Joshua Bailey Wilson, 29, Douglassville, 60 days county jail for criminal mischief.
Joshua Lee Bolton, 25, Ore City, five years deferred adjudication, pay $2,000 fine, $140 restitution, plus $435 in court costs, perform 250 hours community service, participate and successfully complete drug education classes and pay all costs incurred, shall have an SASSI evaluation performed, enroll and successfully complete Cass County Drug Court and Aftercare Program, and obtain a GED within first year of community supervision for possession of a controlled substance.
Ernest Roberson Jr., 40, Bloomburg, 15 days county jail sanction, probation extended on year, enroll and successfully complete Cass County Substance Abuse Treatment Program and After Care Program, participate in the Electronic Monitoring Program for not less than 90 days and pay all costs incurred for DWI, community supervision modified.
