Stolen items found listed online, leads to arrest

Daingerfield Police Chief Tracey Climer credits assistance from victims and investigation by law enforcement that led to the arrest of a Maud man for burglary of a building.
“On Jan. 6, Daingerfield Police Officer Corey Parr received a report that storage buildings had been broken into and items were missing from one unit,” Chief Climer said. “A report was taken from the victim with a large list of missing items. During the investigation, the victims assisted law enforcement and some of the items were located as being offered for sale online.
