The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Program at Northeast Texas Community College recently learned that its graduating class of 2013 had a 100% pass rate on the first attempt for its state licensure exams. According to program director Dr. Nancy Wilson, this is the sixth year in a row that the program has had all students pass on the first try.
“Our past and present graduates have been very successful with passing the state licensure exam; most finding employment prior to graduating,” Dr. Wilson said.

The PTA program at NTCC is a competitive, 17-month program that prepares students for a career as a state licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. For more information about the program – including career tracks, admissions criteria, etc. – visit www.ntcc.edu/pta or call 903-434-8124.
