Cass County Precinct 2 Constable Jerry A. Goodson graduated from the 10th Class of the Texas Constable’s Leadership College during a ceremony held on May 9. “We strive to strengthen public confidence, develop and maintain positive relations with the community, and promote a safe and friendly community through enforcement and education. This program is highly interactive and requires each participant to create a Personal Leadership Philosophy paper reflecting their views on leadership, leadership practice, vision for the organization and community and plans for professional growth. All 25 constables from 25 different precincts throughout Texas were awarded a diploma and insignia of the professional designation.
