Cass County Criminal District Attorney Clint Allen releases the following information on cases disposed of in the County Court at Law for the month of March, with Donald Dowd, presiding judge.
 
Kalvin Ray Taylor, 54, Jefferson, 30 days county jail for theft of services by check, revoked.
 
Cory Alan Urbina, 23, Hughes Springs, 30 days county jail and pay $477 in court costs for driving while intoxicated.
 
Kiley Dion Grant, 42, Texarkana, 45 days county jail for theft of property, revoked.
 
Jason Lewis Heard, 34, 106 days county jail and pay $320 in court costs for theft of property.
 
Shawn Eric Johnson, 36, Atlanta, 100 days county jail for indecent exposure revoked and 100 days county jail for indecent exposure, revoked, sentences to run concurrently. 
 
Cyle Ray Jones, 23, Atlanta, 120 days county jail and pay $302 in court costs for criminal mischief.
 
Quantay Lee Mathews, 19, Arlington, six months county jail, suspended, 18 months community supervision, pay $500 plus $302 in court costs, driver’s license suspended for a period of six months, perform 40 hours of community service for failure to identify; six months county jail, suspended, 18 months community supervision, pay $500 plus $302 in court costs, participate and successfully complete drug offenders classes and pay all costs incurred, driver’s license suspended for a period of six months, and perform 40 hours of community service for possession of marijuana, sentences to run concurrently.
 
Shawn Anthony James Modisette, 19, Hughes Springs, one year county jail, suspended, 24 months community supervision, pay $500 fine plus $302 in court costs, perform 80 hours of community service, enroll and successfully complete batterer’s intervention and prevention program, the four-month course particifor assault causing bodily injury/family violence.
 
Rodney O’Neil Shepard, 21, Atlanta, 12 months deferred adjudication, participate and successfully complete drug offenders’ classes and pay all costs incurred, have a SASSI evaluation performed and perform 80 hours of community service for possession of marijuana.
