“Officers Amanda Solis and Will Henderson stopped a taxi cab from the Houston area on suspicious activity,” Chief Climer said. “After contact, a back seat passenger was found to be in possession of a controlled substance, ecstasy.”

“Officer Craig Swindler, while serving city warrants, located Ms. Spence,” Chief Climer said. “During the search of her jacket before placing her in the patrol vehicle, Officer Swindler located two baggies with an off-white powdery substance that was suspected methamphetamines. Ms. Spence was booked for the local city warrants along with the possession of a controlled substance charge.”
