Daingerfield man jailed in stabbing

A Daingerfield man is behind bars after an investigation by law enforcement agencies proved him to be involved in an aggravated assault that occurred on Sept. 12. Daingerfield resident Mikel Fisher, 49, was apprehended last week and has been booked at the Morris County Jail on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for the alleged stabbing of a local citizen, which are second degree felonies.
