Griffin
Funeral services for Charles Wayne Griffin, 84, of Daingerfield, were held Friday, Feb. 20 at Reeder-Davis Chapel. Burial followedat Clark Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs. Mr. Griffin was born Jan. 21, 1931 in Daingerfield and passed away Feb. 16 at a Longview hospital. He worked in the trucking industry and was a veteran of the US Navy.
Mizell
Services for Carol Joan Mizell, 79, of Hughes Springs, were held Thursday, Feb. 19 at Reeder-Davis Chapel. Burial took place Friday, Feb. 20, at Mizell Cemetery in Splendora, Texas. Mrs. Mizell was born Jan. 30, 1936 in Eureka, Kansas and passed away Feb. 16 in Hughes Springs.
Thacker
Frances Isobelle Thacker, 86, of Tyler, passed away, Monday, Feb. 16. Ms. Thacker was born September 10, 1928 in Kildare. Graveside services were held Thursday, Feb. 19 at Kildare Cemetery, under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Linden.
Wooten
James “Jim” Wooten, 75, of Linden, passed away, Tuesday, Feb. 17. Mr. Wooten was born April 10, 1939 in Bassett, Texas to Dillard Wooten and Gaye Tinsley. Jim served his country proudly in the US Army and was a Korean War Veteran. He was also a master plumber and a member of Pinecrest Baptist Church. Services were held Friday, Feb. 20 at Pinecrest Baptist Church with Bro. Bryan Baggett officiating. Burial followed at Zion Hill Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Linden.
Fuller
Don Fuller, 73 , of Linden, Tx passed away Friday, February 20, 2015 in a local nursing home. Mr. Fuller was born November 10, 1941in New Boston, Tx to Alvie D. Fuller and Mary Lou Fant. Services were held Monday, Feb. 23. Burial followed at Lanier Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Linden. Memorials can be made to Pinecrest Baptist Church.
