Copeland Jacks Theobald was born March 1, at Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center in Waco. He weighed 8 pounds and was 21 inches long.
Copeland is the son of Wesley and Lacy Theobald of Waco.
Proud maternal grandparents are Brian and Mary Jacks of Waco and Paula Jacks also of Waco.  Paternal grandparents are Boyd and Sheila (Justiss) Clary of Daingerfield and Bruce Theobald and Melanie Adams of Kingston Springs, Tenn. His great-grandparents are Dale and Bennie Jacks of Waco, the late Windell and Martha Campbell of Mount Pleasant, the late Adron and Mae (Copeland) Justiss of Daingerfield and the late William and Pauline Theobald of Basalt, Colo.
