Hughes Springs game postponed after umpire's collapse

The further a team progresses in the playoffs, the tougher the competition. Pilot Point proved to be a worthy adversary. The regional semi-final match-up started on Thursday evening in Bonham, Texas, at a fancy new facility. What the facility did lack though was enough seating for all the fans from both towns who had flocked to see some serious softball being played. Game 1 got started and throughout the night, it was a pitcher’s duel between Kaitlyn Morris and Louisiana Tech signee Preslee Gallaway from Pilot Point.
