Excitement abounds for new school year

Although classes did not begin until Monday, August 24,
schools in Daingerfield and Hughes Springs have been
abuzz with activity for several weeks now as teacher and faculty
prepared for the upcoming year. On Thursday, August 24,
that buzz elevated with excitement as students and parents
flooded the halls to meet teachers and deliver school supplies.
