Services for Samuel Walker Jr., 64, of Ore City, will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, April 27, 2013 at Cedar Grove United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery, under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs. Mr. Walker will lie in state all day Friday with a time of visitation from 6 until 8 Friday evening at the funeral home.
Mr. Walker, son of the late Samuel Sr. and Melba McCain Walker, was born Dec. 10, 1948, in Ore City, and died April 21, at his home.
