Why will this president not commit to destroying ISIS?

This is a question that is being asked more and more every day. The terrorist
attack in Paris was just the latest attack by the group called ISIS. This Islamic
militant group has proven over and over that they really don’t care who they
kill. They have butchered Christians, women, children, and basically anyone
who doesn’t believe in their cause.
