Jan 16 Coat Drive

Jan 16 Coat and Clothing Collection
The Webelos of Daingerfield Pack #220 Cub Scouts is hosting a coat/clothing drive at the First Baptist Church of Daingerfield on Saturday, Jan. 16, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. All donations are welcome. For more information contact Debbie Salazar, 903.573.2139
Jan 16 Men’s Musical
Bishop Jessie Biles, Pastor of Shady Grove Baptist Church in Cason, would like to announce there will be a Men’s Musical at Shady Grove Baptist Church on Saturday, Jan. 16 at 6:30 p.m.
Jan 17 Men’s Day Program
Shady Grove Baptist Church, located 4410 CR 4950 in Cason will be hosting a Men’s Day Program on Sunday, Jan. 17, at 3:00 p.m. Pastor Roy Bailey of Salem Missionary Baptist Church in Linden will be the speaker.
Jan 21 Parent Meeting
The Northeast Texas Coalition Against Substance Abuse will be hosting an informational parent meeting at Daingerfield High School on the dangers of underage drinking and ways to combat the problem in Daingerfield. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. in the cafeteria.
Jan 23 Coat and Clothing Distribution
The Webelos of Daingerfield Pack #220 Cub Scouts has collected both coats and clothing for those in need. Distribution will be held Saturday, Jan. 23 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Daingerfield First Baptist Church. For more information contact Debbie Salazar, 903.573.2139
Jan 24 Guest Preacher
The Next Level Church in Daingerfield will host a guest preacher, Reverend Jonathan Elms in both services. The morning service will begin at 10 a.m., and the evening service will begin at 6 p.m.
Feb 6 Ladies Self Defense Seminar
The Killyon School of Isshin Ryu will be hosting a Ladies Self Defense Seminar at 1 p.m. The seminar will be held at the West Elementary Gym in Daingerfield. The seminar will be for all women, ages 12 and up. Contact Sensei Paula Killyon at 903-736- 6616 for more information.
