Services for Margaret Buchanan-Lee, 70 of Hughes Springs, were held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 21, at Turkey Creek Baptist Church in Hughes Springs. Burial followed at Turkey Creek Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs. Ms. Lee loved her family, friends and animals; she loved being in her garden and doing crafts.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, Murl and Jennie Buchanan; and husband, Charles Roy Lee.

She is survived by her children, Brian Wellinghoff and wife, Jena, Paul Wellinghoff and wife, Laura, Kimberly Wellinghoff and partner, Pam Schiller, Cindy Russell and husband, Ryan; grandchildren, Morgan, Jarod, Elizabeth, and Joshua Wellinghoff and Keriann Wellinghoff and partner, Bryan Melton; great-grandchildren, Bryan Cade Melton; sister, Linda Deroy; Brothers, David and Garry Buchanan; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
