Services for Norma R. Simpson, 71 of Avinger, were held on Friday, July 19 at Turkey Creek Baptist Church. Burial followed at Turkey Creek Cemetery, under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs. Mrs. Simpson was born Dec. 25, 1944, and died July 27.
