HAYNES

DAINGERFIELD – Linda Darlene Haynes (Stokes), 68, passed away July 7 in Michigan. She was born Oct. 30, 1948.
She worked many jobs in life, but the most important was being a mother to her five children, a grandmother to her 24 grandchildren, and a
great grandmother to her 36 great grandchildren.
She is survived by her children and their families: Billie Jo Haynes, (grandchildren: Randolph, Ronald, Ebony, and
Jazzman); Bobbie Jo Haynes (grandchildren: Trent, William, Quincy, Melvin, Bobby Joe, Linda, Mark, and Mike);
Mel F. Haynes, Sr. (grandchildren: Catrina, Andrew, Corey, Mel, Jr., and Jessica); Terri Michelle Gholston (grandchildren:
Alexaundria, Amber, Diamond, and Terry, Jr.; great-grandchildren: Alexx (Gus), Isaac (Ike), and Adden
(Lil’Eddie)); and Diannie Kelley Haynes (grandchildren: Stephanie, Tiffanie, and Lydia.)
A Fallen Limb
“A limb has fallen from the family tree.
