Alumni association honors distinguished DHS alumni

DAINGERFIELD -- For the past eight years, the Daingerfield Alumni Association has gathered to honor graduates from Daingerfield High School who are distinguished in their careers and communities. On Sept. 30, they once again met, honoring four men who have left an indelible mark on their careers, communities, and those they have met.

Dr. Joe Childress- DHS Class of 1961: Dr. Childress was nominated by Greg and Joyce Gant, and Harry McCain presented the award.
