HUGHES SPRINGS -- Services for Florence Royal, 88, of Hughes Springs, were held Oct. 28, at Reeder-Davis Chapel. Burial followed at Woodlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs. Mrs. Royal was born Feb. 28, 1929 and died Oct. 24.

DAINGERFIELD -- Services for Mary O. Frazier, 89, of Daingerfield were held at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church Oct. 27 with Pastor D.A. Hill officiating. Interment followed in Shady Grove Cemetery. Mrs. Frazier was born on May 25, 1928. Arrangements were under the direction of Premier Funeral Associates.

OMAHA – A Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Donald Eric Fridia, 56, of Omaha was held. Oct. 28, at Shady Grove Baptist Church with Eulogist Pastor Jimmy Smith. Arrangements were under the direction of Premier Funeral Associates. Mr. Fridia was born Feb. 14, 1961, and died Oct. 24.

DAINGERFIELD- Services for Patricia Ann “Pat” Chambliss, 81 of Daingerfield were held Oct. 28 at the Nail-Haggard Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Dan Gilliam officiating. Burial followed in the Cornett Cemetery. Pat was born on June 29, 1936 in Texarkana to Jodie Marvin and Mona Lucille Hampton and died on Oct. 25. LINDEN---Charles Allison Kindred, 69, of Linden died Oct. 15. Mr. Kindred was born Sept. 22, 1948 in Atlanta to Charles Lockett Kindred and Cleaolis Vivian Allison. HUGHES SPRINGS -- Services for Earl Keith Black were held Oct. 23 at Harris Chapel Cemetery with Rev. Karen Calafat officiating under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home. Mr. Black was born July 1, 1944 and passed away Oct. 21. He was the owner of Black’s Superette and a lifetime resident of Hughes Springs. He is survived by his two daughters, Karen A. Calafat and Kay Black, both of Fort Worth; a son, Jason K. Black of McPherson, KS; two grandchildren; companion and ever faithful caregiver, Margaret Ann Hill; two sisters; two brothers; and numerous nieces, and nephews.
