Portley Services for Winnie Mae Gray Portley, 57, will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 22, at the Good Covenant of Deliverance Church of God in Christ with Randy Writt officiating. Interment will be in Post Oak Cemetery in Easton. Mr. Portley was born March 20, 1956, in Longview, and died Feb. 12 at his home.

Schulz
Services for Clara Lorene "Candy" Schulz, 84, of Linden will be held Friday, Feb. 21, at 3 p.m. in the Chapel of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home with interment to follow at the family cemetery plot on Walnut Lane Ranch, Lanier Community, under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home of Linden. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Linden.
Mrs. Schulz was born Dec. 18, 1929, in Plainview and died Feb. 19.

Chism
Services for Willie James Chism, 66, will be held at 3 p.m., Saturday, Feb.22, at Reeder-Davis Chapel in Hughes Springs. There will be a time of visitation from 4 until 5 Friday evening at the funeral home.
Mr. Chism was born April 14, 1947, in Marion County, to the late Colia and Blancy Connor Chism, and died Feb. 18 in Marion County.

White
Services for Aretha White, 85, of Cason, will be held at noon, Saturday, Feb. 22, at Shady Grove Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Shady Grove Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home of Hughes Springs. Mr. White will lie in state from noon until 8 p.m. Friday with the family being present from 7 until 8.
Mr. White was born in Cason, on Oct. 3, 1928, to Tom and Clemmie White and died Feb. 17.

Sellers Graveside services for James Rex ‘J.R.’ Sellers, 68, of Mount Pleasant, were held Feb. 18, at the Farmers Academy Cemetery in Mount Pleasant under the direction of Bates-Cooper-Sloan Funeral Home in Mount Pleasant. Mr. Sellers was born Dec. 3, 1945, in Mount Pleasant, to Thomas Hugh and Dorothy P. (Lunsford) Sellers Leake, and died Feb. 15 in Mount Pleasant. He attended Kilgore College and a veteran of the United States Air Force. He is of Christian faith. He was preceded in death by his parents; step-father, R.L. Leake; brothers, Jerry Sellers and Perry Sellers; and a brother-in-law, Robert “Bob” Dougherty.

Hendricks
Internment services for La Barba Hendricks, age 76, of Hillsboro, will be held at 1 p.m., on Wednesday, Feb. 19, at The Friendship Cemetery in Hughes Springs.
Mrs. Hendricks was born March 30, 1937, in Hughes Springs John Nelson Hendricks II and his wife, Juanita, and died Feb. 15 at Cantebury Convalescent Home in Hillsboro.

Drake Memorial services for Ollie V. Drake, 72, of Tyler, were held Feb. 15 at Lloyd James Funeral Home in Tyler, under the direction of Lloyd James Funeral Home. Mr. Drake was born Nov. 10, 1941, in Bowie and died Feb. 12 in Tyler. He enjoyed carpentry work. He was preceded in death by Kaleb Drake. Survivors include his wife, Delores Drake of Tyler; sons, James ‘Butch’ Drake and wife, Tracy Drake of Tyler, Ollie W. ‘Toby’ and his wife, Dawn Drake of Forney; grandchildren, Kevin Drake of Dallas, Colten Drake of Forney and Quinn Drake of Oklahoma City, Okla.

Morgan
Graveside services for Frances Beatrice Morgan, 64, of Douglassville will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 18, at Union Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home of Linden.
Mrs. Morgan was born Nov. 10, 1949, to Howard David Burks and Mary Lee Hays Burks, and died Feb.16, in a local hospital.

Mrs. Glover was born Dec. 6, 1929, to Dewey Vine Slaton and Georgia Lee Huffey, and died Feb. 16 in a local hospital.

Tiffaney O’Dell
Services for Tiffaney Rachelle O’Dell, 33 of Daingerfield will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 19, at South Union Baptist Church with the Rev. Chad Thompson officiating. Interment will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery in Titus County. Arrangements are under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home.
Tiffaney was born Oct. 22, 1980, in Daingerfield and died Feb. 15, in Daingerfield.
She was a member of South Union Baptist Church and graduated from Daingerfield-Lone Star Independent School District in May of 2000.
