Morris County Sheriff Jack Martin released information last week on recent arrests related to drug charges.
On Sept. 27, Deputy Hershel Stroman was patrolling on Farm Road 144, and observed a vehicle that was not legal to be driven on public roadways. Deputy Stroman stopped the vehicle and identified the driver as Billy Linwood, 56,of Pittsburg. During the traffic stop, Deputy Stroman developed reason to believe illegal narcotics were involved, and requested consent to search the vehicle.
