Daingerfield Animal Shelter asks for help

The Daingerfield Animal Shelter is a small, outdoor shelter for abandoned, surrendered and lost pets. There are only twelve kennels; and unfortunately, the shelter is required by law to euthanize the dogs when the kennels become full. It is not an easy job, and it breaks the workers’ hearts. They need the comminty to adopt or foster the animals to prevent the loss of life. These dogs are more than deserving of a second chance in a loving home. They have several puppies that would be good for a home with children. They also have several dogs that would be good for an owner that has no pets and is feeling lonely and in need of a lifelong companion.
